Description:

Hina dolls of Japan are traditionally displayed on Girls Day and are in the form of the emperor and empress. As with all Japanese dolls, costume is important. We will transform these figures and clothe them in dress typical to Japan with regard to color and texture.

Silk will be used with an accent of metallic thread. Stitches include encroaching gobelin, tent, burden, or nue and trellis pattern.
